I know what it’s like to be outwardly successful and yet feel awful most of the time. You’re smart, but you’re also on a roller-coaster of overwork and burnout, trying keep other people happy, while trying to change a million things about yourself. You think that you should just be better at everything, and you think that will make you happy. You may feel like intimacy is just too hard, or an obligation. Relationships are work and draining.
Here’s the thing: all of that can change. Relatively quickly. It does start with you, but not with forcing or beating yourself up about not being enough or good enough. Being or doing more isn't the path to happy. There is an ocean of joy waiting for you. And you can absolutely change whatever you want about your life. You just can’t do it the way you’ve been trying to. You need to learn to be your own best friend, to trust yourself, and to allow yourself to be enough exactly as you are. You need to connect with your own body, where you have a giant storehouse of wisdom. When you do that, you can accomplish anything.
Learn how to work with instead of against your emotions. Learn how to truly connect, give, and get what you need from your loved ones. Here are some of the skills you can learn for more joyful adulting:
You can learn how to do all of these things. I did. You can too.
My consultations are designed to give you actionable and practical help, whether you decide to work further with me or not.
If you truly want to feel better, you will need to invest time, effort, and money in your own well-being. Whether that is working with me, another coach, or finding some other method. I can’t think of a better investment than investing in your own mental and emotional well-being. That’s why I have a coach too, and I do self-coaching daily, which I teach all
of my clients. For me, these investments in myself have been my best
decisions ever and given me the highest returns I’ve ever seen in my joy, relationships, finances, and well-being.
To invest in yourself, you have to decide you are worth it. Your future is worth it. If we have a consult and you decide that you’re not ready to make that investment, that’s totally ok. You will receive zero judgement from me. It’s one of my core values as a coach: all conversations with me are zero-judgement zones. I hold space for you to be exactly as you are, no matter what. Everyone needs that, and we all get it too rarely.
You don’t need to make a commitment to have a consultation. If you’re unsure, that’s ok. You can just try it out. Use the consultation as a time to get some free help and to find out more. Zero pressure. And if you’re not ready for even a consultation right now, that’s ok too. Try out the email list, get the loads of free tools I offer there, and schedule a consult when you’re ready.
