If you truly want to feel better, you will need to invest time, effort, and money in your own well-being. Whether that is working with me, another coach, or finding some other method. I can’t think of a better investment than investing in your own mental and emotional well-being. That’s why I have a coach too, and I do self-coaching daily, which I teach all
of my clients. For me, these investments in myself have been my best
decisions ever and given me the highest returns I’ve ever seen in my joy, relationships, finances, and well-being.
To invest in yourself, you have to decide you are worth it. Your future is worth it. If we have a consult and you decide that you’re not ready to make that investment, that’s totally ok. You will receive zero judgement from me. It’s one of my core values as a coach: all conversations with me are zero-judgement zones. I hold space for you to be exactly as you are, no matter what. Everyone needs that, and we all get it too rarely.
